These services are those we primarily do in concert with other colleagues, partners, and third-party organizations to bring to you the best-in-class resources and services to ensure your entire marketing plan can be executed successfully.

 

Lead Referrals

 

One of the Value-Add services that JPE offers is our own "In Network" referral service.  If we have a client that could really use what you have to offer, we put them in touch with you.  And if one of our clients could be instrumental in addressing one of your identified needs, we return the favor to them.

 

Plus, if you have colleagues you know who could benefit from any of our services, we offer a 5% referral fee credit of new revenues from the new client applied to your outstanding balance, if applicable.  If you have no balance, then it can be redeemed in cash, or as a credit for future projects.

 

Sales Staffing

 

If you need the right A-List players in the right places to execute your Battle Plan, we can assist in locating and securing those resources for you. Our own network of contacts is vast, and we also work with some of the best IT Staffing organizations in the business.

JPE offers its Marketing Capabilities and Maturity Assessment for a complete marketing capabilities overview, Gap Analysis, and Prioritized Project Roadmap Report for a fixed fee of $2,500.  This entails, on average, 60 hours of labor.  It is an inexpensive means of allowing your organization and JPE to get to know each other, and gives you a good taste of the quality of JPE's work, and at the same time allows us to get a better perspective of the scope of your needs before either party makes any larger monetary or time-based commitments.  It's just the smart thing to do -- regardless of who ends up actually doing all the work for the needs and recommendations identified.

 

All Individual Project Services (listed above) executed by JPE are quoted on a case-by-base Time-and-Materials (T&M) of Fixed Fee basis.  Hourly rates will vary by the depth of quality and the extent of expertise of the resources used on each project.  Statements of Work and Pricing Proposals will detail these expenses accordingly.

 

Any necessary Travel and Lodging costs incurred by JPE working on your half, approved in advance by you, are not included in Project quote prices and will be charged separately.
