At JPE, our approach to meeting your needs is very simple and straightforward, designed to achieve maximum results with the greatest efficiencies and consideration for each other's time.

1.  Initial Consultation/Interview

Each new client engagement begins with an initial Consultation Phone Call/Conference Call.  This is for general introductions, and discussion regarding the scope of your needs -- whether a little or a lot.  This consultation and any subsequent telephone and email follow up is always Free of Charge.  It is from this point the initial decision is made to initiate the complete engagement process or not.

If the decision is made to engage JPE's services, you will be provided with a mutual NDA to execute, and a General Services Agreement (GSA).  This serves as the general contract between organizations, with specific Projects performed via separately executed Statements of Work (SOW).

2.  The JPE Marketing Capabilities and Maturity Assessment

The Second Step in the process is a thorough assessment of your existing condition, capabilities, and status of needs.  This might consist of a review of all existing marketing materials and programs; a website assessment; interviews with sales and marketing personnel; and/or anything else necessary to determine the core value propositions (as they exist), existing messaging, tools, processes, people, etc., which is focused on identifying Gaps, Risks and Essential Needs.

This baseline Assessment is a billable service, as the output report will be useful to your organization regardless of what decisions are subsequently made regarding which areas of need to address, in what order, when, and by whom (JPE, yourselves, or any other 3rd party).

The Assessment is highly recommended if your market penetration/acceleration needs are great.  However, it is optional, and may be omitted if your needs are very clearly known and pre-defined.  For example, if all you require is new marketing collaterals created for your sales team, that can typically be addressed by going from initial consultation (Step 1) to Scoping (Step 4).

3.  Assessment Review

Step three is to provided a detailed Recommendations Roadmap.  It is important to note that the JPE Assessment is not done in a vacuum, but presented in the context of what your primary competition is doing, general market trends, and specific market niche issues.  The Assessment will lay out a series of applicable recommendations and alternatives for an overall Vision and Market Penetration Strategy.  This part of the process serves to create the Prioritized Project Backlog -- again, regardless of whether JPE is engaged to execute any of the projects, they are done in-house, by some other 3rd party, or not done at all.

4.  Project Scoping

For each Project you elect to engage JPE to execute on your behalf, they are scoped out in detail and a clear Statement of Work and Pricing Proposal is prepared for your approval.  Upon execution of the SOW the work begins.

It is quite common for marketing-related work to be very collaborative and necessitate a great deal of communication and interaction.  Consequently, phone calls, conference calls, emails, interim work-product iterations, feedback, etc. can be expected.  If the scope of a project necessitates it, weekly regular meetings/conference calls can be established.  If on-site participation is required by JPE, that can be accommodated as needed.

5.  Execution & Deliverables

We then make it happen.  If the project is Content Creation, then that's what you get.  If it's the execution of a full marketing campaign, or series of them, then the deliverable is both the planning and execution of that/those campaign(s), along with metrics established within the scope of the project.

6.  Reporting & Invoicing

Project Status Reporting will be defined and agreed upon as part of the scoping process.  For short-term projects reporting is typically done on a weekly update basis.  For long term projects (greater than 90 days), reporting is typically done on a monthly basis with interim weekly updates.  Nevertheless, there is no hard and fast dictate on reporting, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Overall, we believe more communication is better than less.  Dialogue and questions are encouraged.  It's the best way to get on the same page, stay there, and indentify any disconnects early and mitigate them before they become issues.

Our attitude is that our success is a byproduct of your success.  We can't win if you don't.  And rest assured that if anything doesn't meet your satisfaction, we make it right.  That's our guarantee.
